A routine day at Big Cypress Animal Clinic quickly became a day to never forget when David Randall — local TV’s Dr. 4 Pets — delivered 13 chocolate Labrador retriever puppies by Cesarean section. Comcast videographer Jamie Stoddard was on hand for what was planned to be a regular day. The mother, Shotgun, and all 13 puppies are doing fine, Dr. Randall says. His Dr. 4 Pets show is on Comcast’s MyTV8 on Tuesdays live at 5:30 p.m.; viewers can call the show at 417-4711 with questions.
