A young male black bear is transported on a stretcher after it was tranquilized in the back yard of a Lake Park neighborhood home Wednesday morning in Naples. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission received a call around 7 a.m. that there was a black bear between Coastland Center Mall and Naples High School. Naples Police responded to calls after the bear had traveled west of U.S. 41 and tracked the bear to where it was finally captured on 13th Street North in Naples. The FWC will transport the bear to Picayune Strand State Forest. Lexey Swall/Staff
