Neighborhood, FPL in legal dispute over streetlights

For 12 years, the Colonial-style streetlights along Lago Villaggio Way in East Naples shone brightly at night. Then one night last month, it all went dark on the street of 105 homes in the Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club.
