Burglary arrest
Justin Castagno, 19, of the 2600 block of 28th Avenue Southeast, Golden Gate, was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies at the 4000 block of 28th Avenue Southeast. He is accused of attempting to enter a man’s home through the back door, but fled when he made contact with the homeowner, according to reports.
Domestic violence arrest
Jonathan Sanchez, 18, of the 1800 block of Sixth Avenue, Immokalee, was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies at Immokalee Drive and MC Black Street. He is accused of grabbing his girlfriend by the neck and pushing her, according to reports.
DUI arrest
Antonio Alvarran, 46, of the 1500 block Proverbs Lane, Immokalee, was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies at Carson Road and Wilton Court.
Grand theft arrest
Tyler Murphy, 19, of the 1500 block Villa Court, Marco Island, was arrested Saturday by Marco Island Police officers in the 1200 block Winterberry Drive. He is accused of breaking into a man’s home, stealing his laptop and fleeing the scene, according to reports. Deputies also said he faces a charge of criminal mischief for damaging the victim’s lanai screen door.
