Battery arrest

Ervid Velazquez Gutierrez, 21, of the 400 block of Taylor Road, Immokalee, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at his home. He is accused of tackling a neighbor, causing a cut to the victim’s head.

Domestic violence arrests

Emilio Nacho Rosales, 18, of the 600 block of Clifton Road, Immokalee, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at his home. He is accused of pushing his mother and trying to break into her home.

Ivan Valdez, 21, of the 4300 block of 19th Avenue Southwest, Golden Gate, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at his home. He is accused of choking his wife.

DUI arrest

Daniel Danger, 45, of the 2000 block of 45th Street Southwest, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies near the 6600 block of Collier Boulevard.
