The 2012 Regatta manufactured home is now open at Leecorp Homes model center in Estero.

The Regatta is a two-bedroom, two-bath with den double-wide manufactured home offering 1,486 square feet. Built by Jacobsen Homes of Safety Harbor, Fla., the Regatta features a factory built half porch with a vinyl rail, architectural columns, composite decking and a round top glass front door.

The island-style kitchen includes a high bar, rustic alder cabinetry featuring a lazy Susan corner base cabinet, pull-out trash container cabinet and V-groove glass cabinet door and pantry.

Other kitchen appointments include premium Formica counter tops with ceramic tile lips, ceramic tile counter-to-cabinet backsplash, and a gourmet GE stainless steel kitchen appliances. including ceramic glass top self-cleaning range, refrigerator with ice/water in the door, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and spacesaver microwave oven.
