Battery arrests
■ Deborah Jean Gewant, 61, of the 4600 block of Key Largo Lane, Bonita Springs, was arrested Tuesday by Lee deputies at home. She was charged with battery/domestic violence. She is accused of scratching her husband after she threatened a process server.
Drug arrests
■ Eric Matthew Zalewski Jr., 21, of the 6000 block of Swords Way, Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Fort Myers police in Lee County. He was charged with possession of more than 20 grams of a controlled substance without a prescription, driving without a valid license and possession of paraphernalia.
Criminal mischief
■ An estimated $50 in damage to two window screens was reported Tuesday in the 27000 block of Felts Avenue in Bonita Springs.
■ An estimated $20 in damage to a floor was reported Tuesday in the 7400 block of Mellon Road in Fort Myers.
