Winds from Hurricane Ike are starting to weaken in this area, although the National Weather Service is calling for 10 to 15 knots out of the east for Friday. There could still be a 2-foot swell offshore. Inshore waters should be flat for the most part. Thunderstorms should be back to their afternoon patterns. High tide in Naples is at 11:44 a.m.
